As LEED certified architects, we stay true to 3 decades of ecological commitment by our principals, showing that green architecture can be implemented in a practical and cost-effective manner.

We take advantage of the diverse ethnic and professional backgrounds of our staff members who hale from South America, Central Asia and both coasts of the United States. Our portfolio includes a wide variety of projects, both large and small, in both private and public sectors. In order to deliver projects on time and on budget, we begin each job by developing a budget and schedule. Using critical path schedule software for both the design approval phase and the construction phase, we update cost estimate and schedule at each phase of the project sequence.

We have an excellent record of realistically tracking and controlling project costs. There is no magical way to reduce construction cost. However, we are proud of our ability to provide owners with timely, and realistic estimates of total project cost at each phase of the design process. INDIGO is unique in having significant experience managing design build projects for government agencies, as well as private clients. We have proven that we can provide the highest level of management expertise with both design-build and more conventional design-bid-build projects.
