Orland Community Center. This Community Center is designed to serve the diverse social, cultural, educational, and recreational needs of the citizens it serves.  Features include a gymnasium and a performing arts center with stage, fixed seating, orchestra pit, and lobby.  This energy-conserving project is built of locally produced rice straw bales and pre-engineered metal building components.
