Colusa Civic Facilities Master Plan. This project resolves many challenges facing the City of Colusa in providing public services for its growing community. Plans call for growth from the 5,600 current residents to 10,000 by the year 2025. Indigo’s interactive public workshop approach was key to the effectiveness of this project. (in progress)
